Positions We Hire For
We hire across multiple roles year-round. Here is a quick overview of what each position involves.
Commercial Cleaning Technician
This is the core of what we do. Cleaning technicians handle nightly and daytime cleaning in offices, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial buildings across Tampa Bay. You will work assigned routes, follow detailed cleaning checklists, and represent Gator on-site at our clients’ locations.
Day Porter
Day porters work on-site during business hours, keeping common areas, restrooms, and high-traffic spaces clean and presentable throughout the day. It is a visible, client-facing role that requires someone reliable and professional.
QC Supervisor / Team Lead
Supervisors oversee cleaning crews at multiple sites, conduct quality walkthroughs, and serve as the point of contact between field teams and operations. If you have experience in commercial cleaning and want to step into a leadership role, this is the position to aim for.
What to Expect Before You Start
We want to be upfront. All positions at Gator Cleaning Solutions require the following before your first shift:
- Background check
- Drug screening
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (standing, lifting, and moving throughout a shift)
