Marcus Meyer – Chief Executive Officer

Marcus is a native Floridian growing up in the Tampa Bay area and is also a graduate of the University of Florida. Marcus’s entrepreneurial spirit found him at a crossroads more than 8 years ago when he developed the concept of Gator Cleaning Solutions. Since then, he has worked to grow the family business to serve more than 12 counties and staff almost 100. He is also the proud father of two beautiful children and has been a devoted spouse for more than a decade. He spends his free time coaching youth soccer, fishing, scuba diving, volunteering, and traveling with his family.

Erin Meyer – Administrator

Erin is originally from Michigan and has a BS degree in Hospitality Management from Central Michigan University. After spending more than 10 years working for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals partnering with the medical community, she decided to join the family business and put her marketing skills to work. Erin serves as Vice President of Operations and works to support our management team with new opportunities while maintaining the marketing and community outreach. Erin also spends time volunteering as a Big Sister and is extremely involved with Rotary International giving back to both our local community and globally. Erin is the proud wife of Marcus Meyer and mother of two beautiful children. Erin enjoys spending time with her family, travel, scuba diving and running.

Keith Tutt – Account Manager

Keith Tutt was born in Augusta GA and moved to the Tampa area at age 8. Keith Tutt has been working with Gator Cleaning since 2015 when he started as a cleaning technician. Keith quickly displayed exceptional customer service and leadership skills and was promoted to Quality Manager working with our cleaning team to support their success and ensure customer satisfaction. After a short year in the quality department, Keith was promoted again to Account Manager working closely with our clients and finding solutions to their facility needs. Keith has been married for 5 years and has two beautiful children. He has a passion for music and graphic design and also works to develop the Gator brand with marketing and social media posts. Keith volunteers with his church and serves as a youth pastor.

Kris is originally from Poland and came to the US in 2013, where he joined the Gator team as a cleaning technician. Gator noticed Kris's hard work and great attitude immediately, and he quickly grew to be a leader. He was promoted to Quality Manager and currently supports our cleaning team and provides ongoing training to ensure the service quality remains high and customers are completely satisfied. He has over a decade of experience and takes his job seriously. 

Kris has a great attitude and is always willing to jump in and help if needed. He has a beautiful wife and two growing boys with whom he spends his free time, and they enjoy exploring new places. He also has a black lab and two cats that offer plenty of entertainment and laughs. 

Nikki Irwin

Nikki is originally from the Largo/Seminole area and has lived in Pasco County for more than 13 years. She has worked in the cleaning industry for nearly a decade and was awarded Manager of the Year by ARCSI/ISSA in 2017. Nikki enjoys being part of a great place to work, the company culture is fun, upbeat, and rewarding, and that shows in our behavior, our quality out in the field, and the overall morale of our staff. "We love what we do, and we really do make a difference in our clients' lives. Being appreciated is a huge motivator to show up with a smile and to be proud of what we do for a living." Nikki has been a proud wife to Chris for the past 25 years and has a very busy teenage son that is an exceptional student and athlete. You can usually find her on her son's sideline at the soccer fields in Nikki's free time, but she also enjoys concerts and getting away with her husband. She is driven by continuing to learn and grow. When asked what drives her, she replied, "I have always been driven to be better than I was yesterday. With each year passing and each accomplishment, I am proud of the woman I have become. I have worked hard to get to where I am and hope that I can be an example to other women who may have come from similar situations that you can have what you want and make a good life if you stay focused and prove yourself."
